Location: Franklin, MA

Duration: 7 months with possible extension

Description:

Role Overview:

* This role supports the Education Services Learning Design and Development organization by developing strategies and execution plans to implement the corporate-wide Knowledge Management initiative. Candidate must work closely with representatives from all Client Services business units and other Education Services functions to align Education Services with corporate objectives. Candidate must collaborate with the Learning Design and Development management team to plan and execute all aspects of the Knowledge Management initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Education Services Knowledge Management representatives to ensure clear and common objectives across Education Services
* Leverage domain SMEs to rapidly develop working knowledge of content development and delivery systems and processes
* Upskill domain SMEs on Knowledge Management requirements
* Collaborate with domain SMEs in developing solution to meet corporate objectives
* Attend all project workstream meetings, clearly documenting and communicating proceedings
* Optimize Knowledge Management implementation model to manage execution at scale, applying automation where possible
* Follow AGILE principals and participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure quality and timely work
* Work on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations or decisions
* Work on multiple projects and/or tasks with aggressive deadlines
* Stay current in best practices, tools, and applications across Knowledge Management industry

Essential Requirements:

* 2+ years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management solution implementation
* Knowledge of best practices for Content Curation and Content Management
* Strong program/project management skills
* -Ability to quickly assimilate new process knowledge
* Ability to influence stakeholders and SMEs
* Demonstrates good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and processes
* Routinely practices critical thinking, proactive problem-solving
* Provide technical and process guidance and/or influence the work of others

Desirable Requirements:

* 2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Education Services environment
* 5+ years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management solution implementation
* Experience defining and implementing Content Strategy
* Uses creativity in daily work
* Exhibit a sense of ownership and accountability in your work
* In-depth disciplinary knowledge; leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise

Must Haves:

* 2 years knowledge management implementation experience, program management experience managing multiple workstreams, ability to communicate across different levels of leaderships, education services/training is a plus.
