The C2 Systems business area supports multiple programs and additional study and Independent Research and Development (IRAD) efforts. C2 Systems develops highly reliable shelterized and fixed facility command and control systems. These systems demand integration of high-end COTS and custom hardware, interfacing to complex communications systems, and support demanding environmental conditions in fixed-facility and transportable configurations.

We want you to join the C2 Ground Manuals and Training team supporting an exciting mission and interfacing directly with our valued customers. Our Training team is known for providing engaging and innovative experiences for our users including hands-on lessons, dynamic instructional videos, and interactive virtual reality environments. Our training program is vital in assuring that our operators can understand and utilize the full suite of capabilities offered by our product. As a member of our Training team:

* You will be a critical resource coordinating, facilitating, and producing capability documentation and training material
* You will understand our system at the operational level and support our deliveries by pulling in content from across diverse disciplines into organized and meaningful training material in various media formats (print, virtual reality, video, presentations, etc.).
* You'll develop instructor led course content as well as prepare course syllabi and lesson plans for both hardware and software systems.
* You'll take that content in front of our operational community and conduct live classroom instruction and demonstrations for internal and external customers, operators, and potential business partners.
* You'll work to keep our products and techniques fresh and exciting, seeking innovative technologies to keep our training state-of-the-art and engaging.
* As a member of the larger team, you will work closely with a variety of disciplines including Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering.
* To be successful, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while finding creative solutions. Experience writing technical procedures is desired.

Some CONUS travel (~25%) is required.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, English, or Communications from an accredited college or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

* Experience with requirement development & baselining
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* An understanding of the system lifecycle process
* Experience writing technical procedures
* Strong Interpersonal Skills
* Microsoft Tools Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
