Job Description

This is a Technical Trainer position for Software House and American Dynamics products.

How you will do it:

* Provide Technical Training at our facilities as well as customer sites in the US and Canada
* Provide Professional Services for installation of Redundancy, Enterprise Architecture Systems Servers, Upgrades of Ccure 9000 and Database Migrations from Ccure 800 to Ccure 9000
* Project Management for Complex Access Control System installations.
* When called on intervene with Customer sites require Technical Assistance and guidance
* When appropriate support Application Engineering team to meet Customers Pre-Sales Support needs for Integrators and Customers

What we look for:

Required Skills/Experience

* Bachelor Degree, networking or IT is a plus or a minimum of 10 years related Experience with a High School Diploma.
* Minimum 2 years of Security Industry Technical experience preferably in the Access Control field.
* Travel is essential, up to 75%
* Good understanding of the security industry, specifically in the Access Control
* Good management skills and strong personality
* Experience conducting customer presentations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
