The Fulfillment team is responsible for creating a scalable platform that enables this network to deliver customized product on time, and with excellent and reliable quality. We use technology to automate and optimize the creation process so that Makers can focus on what they do best - Making Things.
We're looking for a professional to partner with our growing ensemble of Manufacturers to creatively solve problems, own and maintain our core routing configuration, optimize existing systems, and recommend improvements to our platform. The right candidate will be technically savvy, strongly self-motivated, organized and professional and capable of independent follow through with a wide variety of tasks. The ability to collaborate with other teams and be flexible and adaptable are also critical.
* Onboarding of major new manufacturers and integration support with the Zazzle API. * Being the escalation point for Account Managers to troubleshoot undocumented issues and triage for engineering. * Managing order routing rules at the direction of Fulfillment leadership, and in support of temporary outages from supply chain and manufacturers. * Ensuring proper oversight of manufacturers though upkeep of business intelligence tools, and making recommendations for optimization. * Taking specific order actions where access is limited for security or technical reasons. * Providing ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support strategic Fulfillment requests. * Providing partner invoice auditing and automation.
* Bachelors degree or equivalent in a technology related field * Understanding of REST APIs and how to integrate with them * Basic SQL skills strongly recommended * Experience and interest in basic programming and scripting (C#/.net, Python, HTML/CSS) is a plus * Customer Support or Sales experience required
