As a Technical Support Representative one will provide PC, Network and Bank Application support to internal customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Resolve internal and external clients hardware, software, systems and communication issues * Troubleshoot bank applications and network issues and resolve accordingly. * Implement systems and software enhancements as directed by supervisors to improve the reliability and performance of systems. * Evaluate new system software and hardware as needed
To be considered, one must possess:
* BS in Computer Science, Information Technology is preferred * Minimum of 2 years' experience in PC, technical support or related experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office. * Experience with DNS and DHCP as well as payment systems in banking environment is a plus.
