La personne choisie pour ce rôle doit être très énergique et motivée. Elle travaillera sur des projets d'implantation au sein de notre organisation de services professionnels qui est responsable des installations, du dépannage, de la rédaction de la documentation, de l'élaboration de rapports personnalisés et de l'aide aux essais et à la formation sur les produits. Il est important que le travail du candidat soit fortement orienté vers le client. Une grande aptitude technique, ainsi que d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et des compétences multitâches sont essentielles.

Fonctions principales

* Fournir des services de mise en œuvre de qualité à nos clients, en assurant un haut degré de service à la clientèle, d'expertise technique et de rapidité d'exécution.
* Collaborer au besoin avec d'autres services ou bureaux pour accélérer les règlements.
* Aider à préparer la documentation sur l'installation et l'environnement, tant à des fins internes qu'externes.
* Enseigner aux clients, en groupe ou individuellement, y compris par une formation pratique, l'installation de leurs applications et l'élaboration de rapports sur place ou à distance.
* Développer des rapports personnalisés en utilisant Crystal Reports et SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
* Effectuer des conversions de données à partir de systèmes existants à l'aide de procédures SQL Server T-SQL.

Compétences

Le poste comporte comme responsabilités l'installation, le dépannage, la configuration et la formation pour des applications personnalisées et intégrées dans un large éventail d'environnements clients. À ce titre, une connaissance significative du système d'exploitation Windows, de la mise en réseau, de la production de rapports et de la conversion des données est requise, notamment :

* Plus de deux années d'expérience avec T-SQL
* Expérience avec Crystal Reports, version 2013 et ultérieure
* Connaissance pratique du système d'exploitation pour postes de travail Windows 7, 8 et 10
* Configuration de Windows Server 2012 et versions ultérieures
* SQL Server 2012, 2014 et 2016 (incluant SSRS, SSIS, SSIS, SSAS)
* Maîtrise de Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 et versions ultérieures (y compris Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
* Microsoft IIS, certificats SSL et FTP
* Microsoft Terminal Services (RDP) et Citrix
* Plus de deux années d'expérience avec Crystal Reports 2013 et versions ultérieures

Overview

At Harris Govern, we build software solutions specific to the requirements of Local Government and utilities. Our software suite enables us to bring comprehensive, innovative technology solutions to county governments nationwide.

We are currently seeking a Technical Services Specialist to work primarily with the Govern product line, assisting with the implementation of Mass Appraisal, Tax, Business Tax, Utility Billing, and Land Management systems.

Details

The individual selected for this role must be highly energetic and self-motivated. They will work on implementation projects within our Professional Services organization handling installations, troubleshooting, writing documentation, developing custom reports, and assisting with product testing and training. It is important that the individual have a strong customer focus. A strong technical aptitude is essential as well as excellent analytical abilities and multi-tasking skills.

Primary Functions:

* Provide quality implementation services to our clients, employing a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness.
* Collaborate with other departments or offices as necessary to expedite resolutions.
* Help prepare installation/environment documentation for both internal and external purposes
* Instruct clients in groups or individually, including hands-on training, in the installation of their applications and development of reports either on-site or remotely.
* Develop custom reports utilizing Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
* Perform data conversions from legacy systems utilizing SQL Server TSQL procedures

Qualifications:

The position involves installation, troubleshooting, configuration, and training of custom and packaged applications in a broad range of client environments. As such, significant knowledge of Windows OS, networking, reporting, and data conversion is required including:

* 2+ years of experience with TSQL
* Experience with Crystal Reports 2013 and later
* Working knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 workstation OS
* Skills in configuring Windows Server 2012 and later
* Skills with SQL Server 2012, 2014 and 2016 (including SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
* Skilled in Microsoft 0ffice 2010, 2013 and later (including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
* Skills in Microsoft IIS, SSL certificates, and FTP
* Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Terminal Services (RDP) and Citrix
* 2+ experience with Crystal Reports 2013 and later

Because this is a client-oriented position, the following are also required:

* Willingness and ability to handle customer inquiries and requests in an efficient, effective and professional manner.
* Analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently on assigned projects and maintain a satisfactory billing ratio.
* Highly motivated, flexible, adaptable nature. Able to deal with different personality styles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
* Ability to work in a pressure environment according to strict deadlines.
