Position Summary:

In this position, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the management and execution of system development project throughout the project life-cycle, driving design and development activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. In addition, she/he will may be working on development project proposals and analysis of Service & business process.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/customers for the flawless execution of projects
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Plan projects and identify/secure appropriate resources
* Create a development project proposal and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
* Report and escalate to management as needed
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

* Bi-lingual Required: English and Korean
* Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field required
* 10 years of experience as a technical project manager required
* Business travels more than 50% to client sites required in the US
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies(Java and JEE technology preferred)
* Previous experience as a software developer preferred
* Able to create and maintain professional relationships with customers and carriers
