Overview:

We are seeking for a Technical Project Manager with advertising agency experience to join our super smart Technology team. This is a client-facing position that manages web design and development projects and large technical web/CMS implementations. The ideal candidate has enterprise content management system (CMS) experience, has excellent client service, organizational and problem-solving skills, and displays a talent for bridging people and technology. Experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5 CMS is highly preferred. Experience with Agile methodology is required.

What You'll Do:

* Manages web design and development projects and large technical web/CMS implementations
* Serves as a liaison between creative, developers, and clients/stakeholders
* Acts as primary point of contact and project leader for one or more client projects
* Tracks, manages and communicates project progress to clients and management
* Track, document and manage the project schedule and cost estimates while ensuring profitability
* Understands, clarifies and document customer-specific requirements
* Works with information architects, designers, development team members and technical leads to discover and implement requirements
* Contributes in creation and maintenance of documentation and project specifications
* Provides leadership and direction to design and development staff for assigned projects
* Facilitates effective and efficient client and team meetings to further project process
* Contributes to resource management and tracking at the corporate level
* Flexibility to adjust to changes in resources, requirements and deliverables
* Ability to manage subcontractors and partner resources assigned to projects

Who You Are:

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent training and or experience
* You have 5 or more years of experience in a client-facing project management or product marketing manager role in the digital realm
* You have digital agency/advertising agency project management experience
* You are proficient with managing large CMS implementations/ complex projects involving one or more enterprise or open-source content management systems (Adobe AEM/CQ5 is preferred)
* You have experience with QA best practices, systems and testing
* You have prior experience working within a professional services (consulting) organization; digital agency experience is highly preferred
* If you have JIRA experience, that's a plus
* You are well versed with Agile Methodology
* You have a strong ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
* You have a strong understanding of iterative development models and methodologies, as well as traditional waterfall methods
* You have a solid understanding of web-based design and technology principles, along with site development methodologies and best practices
* You have the ability to facilitate and lead work groups, and work productively with a wide range of people
* You have a high level of proficiency with standard project management and office productivity software such as Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint and Excel
* You have Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
* You have strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
* You have an acute attention to detail
