J2 Global is hiring! We are looking for a dynamic and highly detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team! As part of our tight-knit team, you'll manage numerous high-profile projects of strategic importance to the business as we work together to create a secure digital experience across a variety of media properties.

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple interdisciplinary projects ranging from small-scale maintenance issues to complex new product releases and vendor integrations. The Project Manager works closely with a variety of stakeholders -- including security, business stakeholders, product managers, software developers, quality assurance engineers and network operations engineers -- to assess scope and balance product requirements with time and cost constraints while meeting quality standards.

What You'll Do:

* Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned projects to ensure processes are followed, deliverables align with original specifications, and projects are on time and within budget
* Define and manage Scrum/Agile teams, Sprint Schedule, Goals, and Backlog Priority
* Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria
* Develop and track integrated project plans, including scopes of work, requirements, detailed schedules, and specifications
* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
* Develop detailed project schedules, outlining tasks and activity dependencies
* Develop detailed reporting against sprints, project success and areas of improvement
* Assess risk and provide solutions and mitigation plan in collaboration with the technical and product teams
* Facilitate the necessary reviews and approvals on all components
* Manage expectations of management and set realistic project goals; provide status and reporting against these goals
* Establish and maintain project communications with the internal team, including executive team
* Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects
* Ensure a positive, collaborative work environment for the team
* Coordinate with third party technologies and partners
* Facilitate cross functional time tracking against project goals

What You Bring:

* 5+ years of cross-functional online project management experience; familiarity with decentralized and complex content verticals with varying tech stacks
* Familiarity with security-based technologies and the systems used to support major sites, including vulnerability scanning tools, compliance and audit activities and tools, device management software, and next-gen endpoint protection
* Knowledge of fundamentals of IT Security, including NIST, ISO27001, and CIS standards or comparable, complex certification requirements
* Experience working in Cloud and On-Prem Environments
* Experience managing multiple full-project life-cycles from discovery to final delivery
* Experience with Agile development methodologies is essential
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment, while taking into consideration stakeholders based across multiple time zones globally
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with minimal supervision
* Ability and desire to meet deadlines and deliver results with minimal supervision by creatively using existing resources in an innovative and/or meaningful way
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
* Understanding of application of financial concepts to software development capitalization a plus
* Excellent Computer Skills including Jira, Confluence, the MS project suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, Project and PowerPoint) required
