management and monitoring solutions. We deliver full service, customized Wi-Fi and wired

Business Access Portal™ software allows our customers to deliver their own branded

experience with highly customizable service offerings.

About the Position:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation,

execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company

strategy, commitments and goals. The Project Manager role deals primarily with managing the

success of installations, upgrades and break-fix repairs for wired and wireless High-Speed

Internet Access. The PM would be the customer point of contact for overall project

communications. This includes scope of work review, risk assessment & management, project

planning, estimating, tracking, reporting, management, internal & external customer

communications, procurement, quality control and compliance assurance. The PM work

requires a great deal of planning and independent discretion to ensure the projects are

completed in a timely manner and in Single Digits' best financial interests. Responsible for key

decisions such as vendor selection, guidance on selecting equipment to best meet customer

needs, expediting the scheduling of high profile projects to maximize immediate reoccurring

revenue, determines labor needs required to staff project, etc.

Requirements

▪ Degree or certification in business, technology, or project management

▪ Experience in a technical project management role

▪ Excellent communication skills

▪ Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc.)

▪ Familiarity with all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)

▪ PMP certification not required, but preferred

Preferred:

▪ Understanding of construction project management, wireless networking, or

hospitality IT

▪ History of driving people to be successful in their individual responsibilities on

the project team

▪ Software life-cycle PM background

▪ Background in IT/Engineering
