We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to optimize Twilio's phone number offering and manage large scale phone number migrations. You will ensure that Twilio's inventory of phone numbers are optimized for cost and resiliency, managing the process of migrating numbers between our carrier partners to optimize for cost and quality while ensuring no impact for our customers.

Who?

* You have 5+ years experience in managing projects and working in operations and data analytics. Your analysis and insights have helped a department to grow.
* You have knowledge about/experience with CLECs, PSTN & VoIP ecosystem, SS7/ISUP/SIP design, North American LNP/Neustar, NPAC, TF RespOrg 8xx/8MS/Somos routing (CPR gen).
* You're thorough and organized to the extreme. You're an expert at prioritizing and executing multiple projects simultaneously and keeping others on track.
* You know how to create compelling reports using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or a similar business intelligence tool, and you're able to create and explain complex SQL statements to management and other audiences.
* You're a "people" person who learns fast and thinks on your feet. Your colleagues believe in your commitment to continuous operational improvements.
* You're centered and savvy enough to influence decisions that cut across multiple teams and have the composure to say "no" or to push when necessary.
* You quickly learn and master every aspect of complicated processes and systems.
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

What?

On the Super Network Operations team, you will

* Drive toward continuous improvement through analyzing data
* Project manage all aspects of phone number migrations, in collaboration with the Carrier Relations, Voice Operations, and Phone Numbers Operations teams
* Help to define and manage the project roadmap (e.g., timing, sequencing, prioritization) to optimize for cost savings and phone number resiliency
* Assess the operations of carriers prior to completing migrations to ensure that our customers won't experience down time
* Design dashboards for operational, financial, and system health metrics and service levels
* Support the transparency and communication of the health and progress of an overall program that your teams contribute to cost and quality of Twilio's network
