The Technical Project Manager will report to Senior Manager of the Hardware Deployment Team and will be part of the team that is responsible for all project management deliverables for store hardware deployments and store depot managed service partnerships.

Critical Primary Responsibilities:

* Lead project planning and deployment execution for IT Infrastructure and Store Hardware initiatives through all phases of project in order to achieve goals.
* Lead the project/program level cross-functional stakeholder teams to drive the risk/issue mitigation and effective decision making via collaboration, proactive planning, conflict resolution and dependency management.
* Proactively manage changes to project scope, timeline and budget and drive resolution to bring business and IT stakeholder together to make decisions.
* Drive the portfolio and priorities, to include alignment between cross-functional teams, technology, licensing & maintenance, budgeting and forecasting, portfolio metrics, change management and partnership with shared services to achieve the business objectives and goals.
* Responsible for key partner contracts and relationships leveraged within the IT Hardware Deployment team

Critical Skills & Experiences:

* 2+ years of Project Management experience managing cross functional technical initiatives
* Highly motivated and self-directing individual who has experience managing projects
* Excellent ability to communicate (written and verbal) with multiple levels of leadership as well as cross-functional business, technical teams and stores
* Creative problem solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability are key to the success of this role
* Experience or demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
* Ability to elicit cooperation from other team members
* Retail domain experience will be desirable
* Experience with Project Management tools such as Oracle PM/OTL, Clarity a plus
