Job Description: Responsible for assisting with the technical development of new systems, system enhancements and administrative work associated with existing systems. Position will partner with business leaders and process owners to conduct data analysis and develop reporting tools to help manage the business. Clear communication with business and IS teams is critical for both day-to-day events and building out new solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Develops an understanding of processes and operational procedures within the commercial business in order to assist in decision making
* Assists with technical design, development, testing and delivery of solutions for release cycles and/or new projects
* Partners with business teams to develop reports and dashboards and analyze trends in data
* Develops proficiency in technical solutions and provides administrative support when needed
* Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved in defining requirements, testing, and creating the proper procedures and systems at implementation of project and/or enhancement
* Create and/or complete technical and end user documentation
* Assists in defining problems and coordinates problem resolution with appropriate department(s)
* Ensures compliance with all regulatory and compliance activities within prescribed area
* Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
* 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred


* Ability to analyze business situations


* Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail


* Strong data analysis and problem solving skills


* Proficiency in PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents)


* Knowledge of coding languages (SQL, Java Script) preferred
