We are seeking a world-class Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage multiple system and software projects for AWS. This is a challenging, global and highly visible position. You will lead the development of tools to simplify the work of Solutions Architects, Professional Services consultants, AWS management, and AWS customers. Deep technical knowledge and project management skills are essential to be successful in this role.

You have a broad background in infrastructure, automation and software development are detail driven and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities. You have a deep understanding of system design and deployment. Your technical expertise and operational excellence will influence the team's decisions and drive secure and robust solutions.

As TPM you form the bridge between the product/program management function and the development function in our team. The TPM helps the program manager to shape the User Personas and functional specifications for the system and translates them into a high-level system design which the development team is able to refine, scope and plan. The TPM then manages the development process by ensuring the product backlog is successfully delivered by the development team based on the prioritization set by the program manager. The TPM also owns the deployment, maintenance and operations of the AWS infrastructure supporting the tools built by our development team.
