Amazon's Marketing Science team (a part of Customer Behavior Analytics) is looking for a TPM with strong technical and organizational skills to drive improvements in marketing measurement. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of marketing measurement as we combine insights from a range of data sources and channels for cross channel measurement and optimization.
You will coordinate the work of scientists and engineers to develop statistical and ML models and scale them globally. You will drive strategy for complicated technical problems, but also be eager to dive into sorting out basic data quality and delivery problems. You will be able to understand engineers, scientists, and marketers and help translate between them.
The candidate should have strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into methodology and data-driven findings into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
