The Corporate Identity and Authentication team provides innovative solutions to support Amazonians around the globe-wherever they may be. We touch every element of the business: our corporate offices, our customer service team, fulfillment centers, a diverse development community, and many more.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will be responsible for driving the design and execution of a platform to support Identity and Access services for Amazon. You will drive IT projects across a variety of technologies and disciplines including the use of cloud computing technologies.

In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering complex solutions, collecting product and business requirements, driving the development schedule from design to release, making appropriate tradeoffs to manage risk, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and client project teams. The position requires working closely with software development teams and internal business customers.

Additionally, this TPM will be responsible for managing a number of programs involving multiple department and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include large-scale projects and initiatives that extend and enhance the experience for every Amazonian.
