We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to deliver a new global invoicing platform. You should have the desire and talent to make big changes in a rapidly changing environment. In this role, you will exercise your leadership skills as you work closely with customers, product managers, and senior management to define, design, build and operate products that are in the early stage of fast adoption within the company. You will demonstrate your technical skills by influencing the team's technical direction through communication, collaboration and commitment to a high quality bar. Additionally, you will assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide management of critical issues, make trade-offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints to achieve business goals. You will have a technical background, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving and program management skills. You should not only be passionate about delivering extensible, on-time solutions, but should also be obsessed with contributing to the development of high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, strict attention to performance metrics, continuous process improvement and mentorship.

From a business and technical perspective, you will:

* Have a consistent track record of shaping business strategy for technical products or services
* Possess a strong understanding of the Payments industry
* Understand how to design software for financial systems
