As a Technical Program Manager 2 for the User Support function within Customer Solutions Development - Portfolio Management, you will engage customers across a range of fields and work cross-functionally to develop and deploy strategies for supporting key user types and workflows.
* Align with Marketing to understand the top target user types and associated workflows for in-development and on-market products * Engage representative customers across the globe to assess support needs * Participate in the product commercialization process to ensure these requirements are addressed in the global support strategy * Work with Field to identify and address support gaps gating the commercial success of on-market products * Drive the development and deployment of specialized support collateral * Support pre- and post-sales Field activities, such as workflow training and workshops
* Ph.D. or M.S. in life sciences with ≥ 3 years of commercial experience preferred; B.A. with an established track record in a pertinent role considered
* Familiarity with NGS / array-based genomics technologies * Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills * Strong interpersonal and listening skills * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Customer-facing experience preferred * Demonstrated ability to perform well on teams in both leadership and supporting roles * Willing to travel up to 15%
