Technical Program Manager - Cloud Platform

We're looking for an energetic, creative and technical program/product manager drive our Cloud platform forward. In this role, you'll work with a fantastic team, partner with top Vendors in our industry (think Microsoft, Google, Verizon, Red Hat and many, many more) as well as interface with our reseller community.

In your new role, you'll work with our executive team to understand where we need to spend our dev cycles to create more profitable revenue for SYNNEX and our channel. Translating those business needs into high level technical specifications comes next, followed by working directly with our development team to build out solutions, test, and deploy.

Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do

Proven technical translator skills - the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, as well as turning non-technical requirements into specs that the developer team can execute against.

Understanding of networking and complex software integration in the Cloud. Experience with public Cloud providers like Microsoft, Google, AWS a plus.

Independent Solution Vendor (ISV) software design or integration to 3rd party systems, via API, a real plus.

Exposure to, if not experience with, computer programming/APIs

Your passion is sparked by:

Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma and related industry experience

Solid time management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay focused.

Demonstrated professionalism and a proven team player.

Proven project and time management skills.

Demonstrated experience prioritizing workload and identifying areas/making recommendations for improvements on existing process.

Consulting and/or sales engineering experience a plus

Established experience developing and executing on product marketing plans and the ability to develop group presentations.

Tactical planning and business communication skills a must.

Previous experience of similar role in Distribution industry is highly desired
