Amazon Web Services is looking for a driven, results-oriented leader to help partners accelerate their own success in the AWS Cloud. This Technical Program Manager will join the Global Partner Program team, and focus on AWS partners building SaaS on the platform. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and programs with our partners, collaborating with a team of engineers and Solution Architects to help ISVs building SaaS on AWS within the AWS SaaS Factory program. The AWS SaaS Factory Program provides the building blocks for APN partners developing SaaS solutions direct access to technical and business content, best practices, and SaaS solutions architects that can guide and accelerate their delivery of SaaS solutions on AWS.

Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs. You must be willing to insist on the highest standards for quality, maintainability, and performance. You will ensure that engineering best practices are followed and that software is designed to be highly-available, dynamically scalable, and resilient.

As a leader, success in this role will require your technical, industry and consulting skills to navigate through our partner landscape and AWS' complex technology services and develop compelling solutions to accelerate the business benefits of our customer's solutions on the AWS cloud.

As a key member of the Global Partner Program team you will act as an Amazon ambassador in working with AWS partners. This position can be based in Seattle, New York or the San Francisco Bay Are and requires travel up to 30%.
