Responsibilities

Duties:

* Provide programmatic and technical support for CBRNE detection technology research and development programs.
* Participate in key technical meetings, workshops, conferences, in-process/program reviews, site visits and field tests.
* Monitoring performers' cost, schedule, deliverables, and technical performance.
* Assist in coordinating and facilitating inter-Agency working groups.
* Developing project documents (e.g., spend plans, statements of work, project management plans, etc.)
* Coordinating and assisting in program/project reviews and assessments.
* Collecting requirements from, and ensuring continued stakeholder engagement with, other federal partners.
* Supporting technology demonstration through all phases from planning through execution.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Clearance:

* This position requires a Secret security clearance

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and 10 years of experience or a Master's and 8 years of experience
* Must possess strong communication and technical writing skills necessary to prepare and conduct field instruction, provide technical briefings, and prepare technical reports.
* Ability to perform duties with minimal guidance; excellent attention to detail required.
* Strong critical thinking, writing and editing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required.
* Active DoD SECRET security clearance

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline (Master's preferred)

Desired Skills/Certs:

* PMP certification
* EVM
* Technical Writing expertise
