Technical Professionals (Entry Level)

Proliant is seeking a Technical Professionals to join our team in Naperville, IL.

Job Responsibilities:

* Maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology (our People Tools), features, and usage
* Communicating with clients via phone and email to provide assistance with technical, navigational, and time system related inquiries
* Work as a liaison with other departments to provide excellent customer service to our customers
* Answering client questions on how to use time and labor to fit their business objectives
* Support our clients on their day to day operations and questions about our time and labor product
* Maintain in depth knowledge of our time and labor product, features and usage
* Assist clients with time clock set-up, communication, and functionality
* Build and adjust time and attendance parameters, accrual policies, attendance policies, etc.
* Research various time system issues for internal and external clients
* Professionally service clients and collaborate with other technician(s)
* Work with various file imports/exports
* Use analytical skills to solve problems
* Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

* College Degree; preferably on a technical field
* Experience in the Payroll or HR field is a plus
* Experience with customer support with SAAS products is ideal
* Strong organization and time management skills; ability to work under tight timelines and pressure
* Come in to work every day with a positive and uplifting attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* Aptitude and desire for continuous learning
* Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment in a massively growing industry
* Ability to think outside the box and bring ideas to the table
* Love good technology

Job Type: Full-time
