Redfin is looking for someone passionate about developer experiences. As a Technical Product Manager you will own the tools used by our every growing engineering team and champion process and best practices through the engineering organization. You'll work across teams to empower our developers and create the roadmap which will help lead Redfin engineering into the future.

The Role

* Lead the developer experience roadmap; a role which has a direct impact on our engineering productivity and culture
* Drive developer tools and practices to meet the needs of multiple teams across multiple geographic locations
* Research & explore tools and practices used across the industry
* Communicate and evangelize development best practices and tools across Redfin engineering

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience building development platforms and engineering best practices
* Proven history setting up a Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environment
* 5+ years of experience as a product manager working on a product improving developer efficiency
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
* Strong experience driving the full product lifecycle, including defining and hitting success metrics, in a startup like atmosphere
* History of advocating for the user, with the capacity to discover the needs and preferences of customers
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with diverse teams
* History as a full stack developer a plus
