Position Overview

The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the Creative, Project Management, and Interactive Development teams to ensure all creative deliveries for digital usage deliver on time, in scope, and without impacting site performance. This role will report into the Global Digital Program Management team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Attend all site creative briefings and be the voice for the technical team.
* In consultation with Interactive Development and Quality Assurance, establish rough sizing for each marketing campaign page, including mark up and styling production, business approval, quality assurance and content release.
* Must be aware of functional constraints and be prepared to escalate issues or conflicts.
* With approval and consultation from Project Management, Interactive Development, QA, and Content Release, establish resourcing calendar to address upcoming marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate with release managers to capacity plan for QA.
* Oversee performance testing prior to site deployment to identify out of spec content.
* Communicate to stakeholders any upcoming resource issues as they become visible, facilitate resolving any ambiguity in timing, coordination for global teams (e.g., RL-NA, RL-EU, CM, production teams, content release, etc.). Establish regular checkpoints for these communications, as well as being responsive to urgent requests that have resource and delivery implications.
* Be an Accessibility champion.
* Consistently pursue streamlining of creative asset process.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionality
* Experience capacity planning development and QA resources
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and prioritize based on business needs and capacity availability
* Experience using performance testing tools
* Awareness of Accessibility requirements
* Experience working with cross-functional partners
