We are currently hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of medium and large, strategic, and complex technology implementation projects. You will help to ensure that technical solutions are delivered effectively, aligned to our business and technology roadmaps and strategy, and that they deliver maximum value to our internal and external customers. The Technical Delivery Manager reports to the Manager of Technical Delivery and interfaces directly with a business-led PMO organization to deliver technically viable and robust solutions. The Technical Delivery Manager leads the day-to-day operation of cross-functional project teams comprised of technology resources with a focus on implementation quality in a high-performance culture.

Required Skills

* Minimum of 8 years of hands on experience working as Technical Lead/Architect in .Net/Salesforce/CPQ/Fullstack technologies
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in integration experience using MuleSoft /Boomi /Fusion Middleware and any SOA technologies and interfacing methods with other enterprise systems
* Sound knowledge of any SAAS applications/Cloud technologies and their integration with on-premise/cloud systems
* Ability to quickly grasp the enterprise landscape, understand reference architecture, system interdependencies and drive with best technical implementation methods
* Knowledge of PAAS example: Microsoft Azure /Google Cloud/AWS is highly desired
* Minimum of 5 years of supporting the large-scale production systems, hands on expertise in Root Cause, Analysis, Critical incident Management, Conflict Analysis, ongoing enhancements
* Ability to define the best coding practices and guide team through them
* Good understanding any of functional business process in Sales/Service/CPQ/Service Contracting/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Financials
* Expert Knowledge of production deployment methods, integrated cutover plan, rollback strategy
* Minimum of 5 years of Release Management experience in large scale enterprise environment
* Expert skills in defining and executing Release Management framework in an unstructured multi-vendor environment
* Hands on Experience in CICD, ability define the release environment path, code branching, integration and integrated quality testing methods
* Knowledge of configuration management tools and techniques
* Should have worked in DevOps environment and knowledge of various of tools supporting the process

Project and People Management:

* Minimum of 5 years of strong project and technical delivery management experience
* Strong project management, expectation management, escalation management and negotiating skills
* Hands on task master and Go-getter in a matrix environment
* Self-sufficiency in problem solving, conflict resolution, drive teams towards progressive path
* Create executive reporting on the program status, resource utilization, risk analysis and issue mitigation
* Effective at motivating a team of direct and indirect reports
* Superb organizational and communications skills

Desired Skills and Abilities:

* Previous experience working as a software developer or systems engineer is preferred
* Previous experience working in post-production software support is strongly preferred
* Combination of technical depth, project management, and stakeholder management skills
* Self-sufficiency in problem-solving and knowledge acquisition from resources throughout the company
* PMP Certification; SAFe Certified SCRUM Master certification preferred
* Expert project management, expectation management, and negotiating skills
* Process/workflow analysis and use case documentation, including cost/benefit and break-even analysis
* Effective at motivating a team of indirect reports
* Solid understanding of business fundamentals, such as capital budgeting, human resource planning across a large organization, and finance and operations
* Superb organizational and communications skills
