Primary Responsibilities:

* Data blending and validation
* Build visualization with BI Tools
* Create analytical models
* Create business presentations
* Maintain documentation of processes

Required Qualifications:

* 3 years of experience gathering requirements and developing data solutions
* 2 years of database architecture and ability to effectively map data, as well as run basic SQL queries to analyze large complex data sets and troubleshoot
* Working knowledge of visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
* Database/programming experience (SQL, Alteryx , Python, R or similar)
* Experience with data mining modeling and analysis
* Must be able to work in Santa Ana office

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in Healthcare Operations

Attention to detail and strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Demonstrated ability to work productively and proactively in a dynamic, fast paced and constantly changing environment
* Team player and strong ability to work with other disciplines across companies
