What You'll Do
As a SD-WAN engineer, you will collaborate with talented, dynamic, passionate, and diverse team members who support the high-end Cisco customers to resolve highly complex technical issues within SD-WAN solutions. You will provide technical support to high-profile Cisco customers. Working with state of the art technologies and solutions will also be part of your job. SD-WAN CSEs are trusted advisors to Cisco customers. They directly impact the Customer Dedication with Cisco which reflects Cisco's success as a business leader.

Our team has global presence located in US, Brussels, Mexico and India centers.
Who You Are
You enjoy troubleshooting issues for Enterprise and Service Provider (SP) customers. You also have experience deploying and troubleshooting PnP (plug and play), APIC-EM (Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module) or similar NMS (Network Management System). Network design and/or deployment experience is also a big plus. Here is a list of additional requirements:
* Cisco Security/ Routing & Switching/Data Center background
* Customer Support Experience (5+ years)
* Certification in Cisco technologies (CCNP )
* Linux and virtualization background
* Experience with Viptela
* Data Base fundamentals
* Knowledge in VPN, or other Security technologies
* Bachelors in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 3-5 years related experience
* CCIE desired (Wireless / Routing & Switching / Service Provider)
* Protocols : IGP, EGP, LISP, VxLAN
* Platforms : Variants of ISR routers, vEdge, cEdge,vManage, Nexus switches, Catalyst family and Variants of Cisco UCS
