We have an opening for you to grow with us as a Lead IT Engineer - Wintel, Linux, Virtualization, located in either Oak Brook, IL or Battle Creek, MI.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Infrastructure and Workplace Delivery: You'll specializing on Wintel, Linux and Virtualization technology and use your experience and technical expertise to implement hosting solutions as required for KNA IT programs. You'll also maintain the performance of these hosting platforms to ensure availability and consistency for enterprise applications. Keep your technical skills sharp, and build your interpersonal skills while helping deliver Kellogg's IT strategic solutions.


* Identifies hosting technology requirements: You'll analyze project and/or vendor documentation, design and implement proposed systems in alignment with global hosting standards. You'll install and maintain operating system software including patches, fixes, and version upgrades.


* Provide technical expertise: Be the trusted advisor on all hosting design (Logical and Physical modelling) and development project for both in-house and AWS based needs. Work with Application Development team to ensure hosting changes adhere to best practices and are properly prioritized and scheduled.Create and maintain scripts and documentation for all aspects of implementation and administration including design, installation, encryption, data backup and disaster recovery.
