DUTIES:

* Perform computer system analysis to drive technical improvements to enterprise health and care management software. Install, configure and validate deployment of Windows based distributed enterprise business applications including security integrations.
* Document XML and API based integrations and Servers/Operating system infrastructure requirements, and perform enterprise application and Go-Live planning to evaluate client needs, develop configurations that support business processes, plan and execute on delivery and implementation plans, as well as test and troubleshoot final system setup.
* Collaborate with project managers to maintain project schedules and ensure that assigned technical activities are completed in a timely manner.
* Deliver technical integration and interface capabilities presentations to key customer business and technical stakeholders.
* Conduct data mapping using REST APIs including JSON and XML API formats to support the creation of enterprise application standards based (XML, X12, Web Services) data mapping and interface specifications.
* Coordinate troubleshooting and data analysis efforts to ensure timely resolution to customer's technical testing activities.
* Document all identified technical issues.
* Provide support during deployment and go-live phase of the project and ensure that activities are performed in accordance to detailed deployment plans, including performing system testing, deployment plan review and execution, user acceptance testing, and data migration to support application deployment.
* Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise. Proactively research, evaluate, recommend and drive adoption of improvements to the enterprise care management software implementation delivery processes and artifacts using Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Active Directory, XML data interfaces and web services.
* Collaborate with the implementation project team to assist customers through technical aspects of enterprise care management software implementation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of technical system analysis experience.
* Additionally, the applicant must have 2 years professional experience with (1) Utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Active Directory, XML data interfaces and web services; (2) Documenting XML and API based integrations and Servers/Operating system infrastructure requirements; (3) Performing enterprise application and Go-Live planning; (4) Conducting data mapping using REST APIs including JSON and XML API formats; (5) Performing system testing, deployment plan review and execution, user acceptance testing, and data migration to support application deployment; (6) Installing, configuring and validating deployment of Windows based distributed enterprise business applications including security integrations; (7) Evaluating client needs, developing configurations that support business processes, planning and executing on delivery and implementation plans, and testing and troubleshooting final system setup; (8) Leading troubleshooting and data analysis efforts to ensure timely resolution to customer's technical testing activities; and (9) Delivering technical integration and interface capabilities presentations to key customer business and technical stakeholders.

WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week [8:00 am to 5:00 pm]
