CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access and Polygraph; All information must appear in JPAS - Investigation and Polygraph must be within scope (5 - Years) - Exceptional candidates without a polygraph may be considered with the understanding that you must submit to and successfully pass a polygraph

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities, and to develop techniques to gain more target information
* Apply skills and knowledge of digital networks and the applications on them to determine how targets communicate, move, operate, and live
* Apply geospatial analysis techniques against metadata collected from tasked communications systems in order to identify, locate, and track targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from metadata analysis
* Use data from networks of all forms for target development
* Monitor and develop target across several communication technologies
* Executing own and other's tasking
* Independently task across all authorities, maintaining compliance, without releaser, oversight officer, or legal rejection/modification
* Build analytics for complex discovery and tasks
* Evaluate information for signs of communications changes and identify alternate means of communications

REQUIREMENTS

* Twelve (12)+ Years Experience
* Minimum of a High School Diploma with formal military training and experience of SIGINT analysis and production at the tactical and/or strategic level is Required; Bachelor Degree is Desired
* Must have familiarity with common analytic tools: ANCHORY; SIGNAV; FOREMAN; INTELINK; PATHFINDER
* Must understand multiple communications protocols, telecommunications technologies and internet routine
* Must understand multiple communication protocols and can analyze technical data from collected information for new collection opportunities
* SIGINT reporting experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work in fast-paced, highly visible position while dealing with customers at all levels are highly desirable
