Job Description

Publishers Clearing House (PCH), headquartered in Jericho, NY, is seeking a Tag Management Implementation Engineer who will be a key member of the PCH Digital organization. As an implementation engineer, you will work as a member of the cross-functional PCH Digital team partnering with Paid Media to implement audience verification / conversion tracking / enterprise tagging are created and deployed correctly.

You will be responsible for working with the Audience Acquisition Team and 3rd party vendors to ensure that the required tags are implemented correctly, and the desired data is being captured to meet the defined business needs.

You will be responsible for defining business processes to streamline the process of implementing a variety of tags across all of PCH's digital properties. These tags will include partner conversion tags, Google Analytics tags, and a variety of ad tech tags.

You have the JavaScript skills to write your own, or debug third tags. You are comfortable enough in a web browser that you can debug complex and obfuscated JavaScript. Although you have some experience using a Tag Management System, you will be given the opportunity to receive training and become the Tealium and Google Tag Manager subject matter expert, and will provide guidance to groups throughout the PCH's digital properties.

Required Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Experience working on web analytics or tag management projects.
* Knowledge and use of Tag Management Systems such as Tealium (preferred), Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, or Google Tag Manager.
* Strong JavaScript skills.
* Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
* Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
* Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
