* Monitor the list of activities successfully running in the environment. * Monitor server application to ensure optimize usage of resources. * Monitor the occurrence of spikes in the user data load. * In case of spiking, track the utilization of components and identify the issue, Analyze the log files, if required. * In collaboration with the senior administrator, analyze the tickets raised by customer to identify the root cause. * In case of any network/ database related issues, communicate to the respective teams to resolve the issues. * Perform daily environment health checks and generate reports to capture the findings. * Database/ tool Administration New patches administration. * Deploy the latest patches in the environment to improve the stability of development system to avail the latest features and to ensure the bugs of the earlier version are fixed. * Test the latest patches. * Migrate the code to Standbox. * Support the customer in testing of new patches. * Post testing the patches, seek sign off from the customer. * Maintain live and back up server. * In collaboration with the senior administrator, analyze the reports to identify the customer issues. * Resolve the incidents under technical guidance of the senior administrator. * In collaboration with the senior administrator, identify whether the raised issue is an incident or a change request. * Based on the understanding of the change requests, configure changes in the server. * Conduct testing and seek review inputs from the senior administrator. * Post the review, deploy the changes in the higher environment in sequential order and seek signoff from the clients. * Database/ tool Administration New upgrade/ new version/ New tool administration. * Identify the hardware requirements /prerequisites to set up the environment/ to install and configure the tool based on the tool/ product document and the inputs gathered from Senior administrator. * Identify prerequisites to set up the environment/ configure the tool. * Share the list of prerequisites or hardware requirements with the senior administrator. * In collaboration with the senior administrator, identify the specific component installation requirements (eg client on the tool). * Provide inputs to the team in defining tool specific configuration based on the client requirement, Install only the required components from the tool/software. * Conduct the internal tool testing. * In collaboration with the senior administrator, setup the secured environment. * Security Administration. * In collaboration with the senior administrator, design roles and profiles for application security based on business processes. * Prepare security matrix capturing the access rights granted to a defined role and share it with the senior administrator for the review inputs. * Create specification documents for security and seek review inputs from the sr administrator. * Configure the Secured Socket Layer(SSL) to all the components, Single Sign On(SSO) based on the requirement. * Knowledge Management. * Create and update knowledge articles (industry Point of View, Case studies, lessons learnt document etc) in the knowledge management repository Create knowledge articles on the problem, workaround solutions Monitor and report the usage of knowledge articles Maintain knowledge management database.
