Q Analysts is one of the fastest growing IT Consulting Firms. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Sr. Configuration Analyst for 12+ Months project that we are delivering for one of our clients located in Walnut Creek, CA. Our client is a national non-profit Healthcare leader who is leading the way in technology, medical innovation, research and sustainability.
Description:
* The Sr. Configuration Analyst will be working with a team to support the existing Taleo applicant tracking system and participate in projects to optimize and enhance the system and process
* Will participate in day-to-day support activities
Responsibilities:
* Sr. Configuration Analyst with Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (Taleo Enterprise) configuration experience
* Responsible for analyzing and implementing changes in Taleo Recruiting to support Talent Acquisition business process changes
* Activities include analyzing requirements, determining impacts to existing systems and processes, providing configuration options, supporting user acceptance testing, updating related documentation and deployment of configuration
* May be responsible for project planning and management
* Requirements definition and analysis: Research specific client requirements for projects, recommends alternatives and documents specifications
* Project planning and execution: participates in project management process, including participating in project meetings
* May document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings
* Performs a variety of project related activities, including analysis or preparation of documentation and presentations
* Accomplishes all work within established methodologies and standards
* Business User/Owner Application Support: May provide 2nd and 3rd tier application support for the applicant tracking system and process
* Researches and resolves technical and functional issues according to defined prioritization/severity scheme
* Influences client and gains commitment to changes required
* Performs configuration activities, updates documentation, participates in and may facilitate SIT and UAT testing, and executes deployment activities
Required Skills:
* Experience: Minimum five (5) years of directly related professional experience
* Education: Bachelor's degree, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field
* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
* Must have hands on system configuration experience with Taleo Recruiting Enterprise Edition version 14 and above
* Experience with requirements definition and analysis
* Experience working on large scale SaaS deployment projects
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of Oracle HCM, specifically as it relates to integrating with Taleo preferred
* Experience with Taleo Transitions/Onboarding preferred
