Q Analysts is one of the fastest growing IT Consulting Firms. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Business Systems Analyst for 6+ Month project that we are delivering for one of our clients located in Greenwood Village, CO. Our client is a national non-profit Healthcare leader who is leading the way in technology, medical innovation, research and sustainability.
Description:
* Business Systems Analysts study the overall business and information needs of an organization, in order to develop solutions to business and related technology problems
* A business Systems Analyst's role is usually undertaken prior to the system design, building and programming stages of the systems development process
Responsibilities:
* Works closely with clients to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing a computing solution
* Construct IT definitions based on identified needs of the organization
* Work with other IT experts to address networking and hardware needs
* Devise and document a general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements
* Negotiate options with the client
Required Skills:
* Federal Check Required
* Bachelor's Degree Required
* This senior level resource will provide consultative, advisory, technical, and staff support for the release of a new application
* This assignment will include intensive data analysis, including identifying trends and anomalies, not routine activities
* Top candidates will be quick learners, flexible, adaptable, comfortable asking questions and not afraid to make suggestions
* Experience: Knowledge of data models
* SQL - writing well-formed queries
* Creating mapping documents and gap analysis
* EDI, Specifically 837
* Exposure with CMS
* Proven ability to take end user requirements and present in a technical manor
* Track record of successfully working on large projects with multiple teams
* Oracle, SQL Server, SAS exposure; Gathering requirements
* Collaborating with business partners, Subject Matter Experts, and other Stakeholders
* Create Requirement documents
* Exceptional written and oral communicators
* Self-Motivating, Initiative; Comfortable engaging with stakeholders, including asking questions and making suggestions
Desired Skills:
* Familiar with Medicare Advantage
* Able to quickly learn encounter submission process
* 8+ years of experience strongly preferred
