Requirements for Applying

Two Letters of Recommendation. Transcripts, diplomas or certificates outlining the education requirements. Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems or a related field is preferred. Cisco coursework, certification or equivalent certifications or experience. Experience: Three years of progressively responsible related experience; five years of experience with desktop solutions, including user training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Fremont Unified School District is a Merit System District and fills all vacancies in the classified service through competitive examinations. All applications and supplemental information will be reviewed to determine the candidates whose training and experience most closely match the requirements of the position. Those who pass the initial screening will be invited to participate in the testing process, which may include written, oral and/or performance exams. The testing results will determine the rank of the candidates from which an eligibility list is prepared. Selection will be made from the top three ranks on the list.
