As a member of the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) F-16/F-22 Integrated Logistics Support Team, this position is responsible for assisting in software development and documentation. Consulting with departments or customers on Logistics Information System (LIS) project status and proposals. Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance. Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system. Consulting with staff to evaluate software interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements. Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status. Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities. Design and develop a processing platform using various configuration management technologies. Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements to existing systems and platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with data analyst, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Work alongside other members of the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.

The successful candidate will also directly support the IFG Sustainment New Business Funds (NBF) projects. This includes working with the teams to develop plans, establish funding requirements, provide status during execution, and guidance on completion. Candidate should be well versed in strategies to improve productivity and efficiency and tools to maximize effectiveness and daily business operations. The candidate will support team project reviews and sustainment meetings as required. The selected candidate will gain working-level knowledge of company & organizational strategies and program functions to aid in the development and creation of executive-level presentations. Must have the ability to work with executive staff.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
