This position is for a member of the ADP Systems Engineering team, providing support across the entire product line including both new and existing programs. The candidate will be part of a fast paced, dynamic environment exploring state of the art technical solutions.

Provide systems engineering support, to include but not limited to requirements tracking, risk management and architecture development across multiple projects within an ADP program. A qualified candidate will shatter silos by understanding the scope of the program and working across multiple disciplines, suppliers, and users to ensure all aspects of the project are covered with appropriate requirements. Understanding of industry-standard requirement formulation, decomposition, flow-down, traceability, and metrics. The ability to work with functional experts and generate verification and validation plans for requirements is a must. Candidate will work with senior engineers to provide documents to convey customer and supplier(s) requirement relationships.

The ideal candidate would have experience with writing and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Engineering Requirements Documents (ERDs) for Subcontracts and Vendors. A working knowledge of Requirements and Verification Traceability tools is extremely helpful in establishing verification methods.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor Or Above Degree in a Technical Discipline.

Must have a minimum final secret within last six years with ability to or in the process of obtaining a Top Secret SAR/SAP clearance.

Experience with requirements generation and decomposition.

Experience with tracking requirements using software tools.

Experience with systems engineering processes.

Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access.
