Altamira is currently looking for a software Systems Engineer to join our team to support new opportunities in Dulles, VA. This Systems Engineer position supports a diverse team in a dynamic R&D environment.

Position requires 4+ years of experience and a BS in engineering or related scientific degree.

As a Systems Engineer, the employee will be performing the following:

* Working in an Agile or DevOps environment
* Provide systems engineering and integrator support
* Analyze system and software requirements
* Operate in a dynamic R&D environment
* Work collaboratively in a team setting
* Execute technical direction for test engineering lifecycle
* Manage requirements analysis, test design, system integration and requirements verification

Desired Qualifications

* Experience with Agile development processes
* Translate operational needs into system CONOPS and design
* Experience with DevOps
* Demonstrated experience working directly with a GEOINT or SIGINT customer

Required: US Citizen, TS/SCI Clearance
