Job DescriptionResponsibilities include, but are not limited to technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed in concept, design, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposition phases. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Required Skills- 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience - This position will support the team in all phases of development to include Deficiency Reporting, Requirements development, analysis, decomposition and base lining activities - Experience with DOORS - BOE writing and ECP experience - Project scheduling - Experience with Requirement development/base lining - Active TS/SCI Clearance Desired Skills-Experience with DOORS -Experience with Clear Quest -Satellite Systems architecture -Satellite Command & Control -CAM experience -Project scheduling -BOE writing and ECP experience -Experience with Metrics development and tracking -Demonstrated ability to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members -Effectively manage change Polaris Alpha is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
