§ Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, which will be key in driving stakeholder communication during critical events.
§ Be highly motivated and passionate about creating a great customer experience.
§ Participate in detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning.
§ Champion and advocate for customer requirements (be their voice).
§ Work directly with developers to ensure that issues are resolved as expediently as possible.
§ Strong Programming/automation skills in Python/Perl/Java.
