The Link Lifecycle team builds critical software that enables humans and machines to isolate, troubleshoot and mitigate physical network failures. Over the next few years we will be making our products smarter and more efficient. The next generation of our platform has improved compatibility with other tools in the company, leverages machine learning, and provides higher quality data to our internal customers.
* We use a combination of SCRUM, Kanban, and continuous deployment to deliver projects based on realistic timelines and resource constraints. * We strive to have a collaborative environment that impacts products and software across the company * We write primarily in Python and use AWS technologies like: DynamoDB, S3, EC2, Lambda, ELB, RDS, and Athena * We are one of the many teams ensuring Amazon's network maintains 100% uptime * We are spread across Seattle and Dublin * Our work has a direct impact on internal and external customers * We own and operate the infrastructure required to serve our customers * We have a weekly on-call rotation * One of the ways we measure our success is based on our platforms ability to drive down physical link issues and keep them from impacting the network
