Job Description

The creative team working on our internal AI-based enterprise platform is seeking a Systems Designer in a freelance capacity.

In this role, your day-to-day tasks will consist of working alongside other designers in solutioning new product features and enhancing current features. Being able to maintain a comprehendible and organized component library that is easily understood by the larger team.

Requirements and Responsibilities

* A minimum of 4 years of industry (agency or product - preferred) experience in designing grid systems, atomic /component-based designs for web, desktop and mobile.
* Equally knowledgeable in UX/UI
* The ability to refine other people's ideas and contribute to solutioning the best visual design and user experience.
* Ability to identify when to use an existing design pattern vs creating net new experiences
* Expert level skills in Sketch, Invision Design System Manager, InvisionApp
* Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Powerpoint
* Experience working with a component library
* Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple features and deliver refined designs that follows the design system in a short time.
* Self-learning, able to identify what needs to get done without being told and able to learn new tools and processes quickly
* Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to read, understand and find.
* Able to pick-up and drive shifting priorities
* Work collaboratively with other designers - Friendly, a real team player
