Lockheed Martin is looking for a Systems Architecture CONOPS Modeling Systems Engineer with initiative to join the team on a new and exciting program.

In this Engineering & Technology role, you will join a dedicated and high performing group of Systems Engineers, with your focus on analyzing and optimizing mission parameters, capabilities, and operations.

As a Systems Architecture CONOPS Modeling Systems Engineer , you will:

* Developing, refining, administering, and using automated tools to predict system, segment, and component performance, and develop CONOPS to maximize the architecture's capability
* Performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems-analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
* Ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
* Performing functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications

Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

* Use modeling tools in a number of program phases, or on several programs and working with modern tools to integrate them with other Systems Engineering tools
* Lead modeling efforts and organizing system models on MBSE programs
* Lead MBSE analysis and execution with system models
* Experience with developing CONOPS
* Top Secret clearance and additional screening will apply

Desired Skills:

* Systems engineering experience on classified programs
* Customer interface experience
* Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
* Previous Systems Architecture CONOPS Modeling experience
* Cameo/MagicDraw
* OCSMP System Modeling Certification
* Experience with OOSEM
* Integrating analysis tools via ModelCenter
* Validated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change
* Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering
* Ability to lead multi-functional teams, build strong relationships with team members and build consensus among peers
* Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
