Systems Analyst Senior (Temp to Perm Position)

This position is in the Single Family Business Technology Office Underwriting Common Services Team. We are looking for a strong Senior Systems Analyst who will be the primary liaison with our Business Partners in Data Integration Team and Business Operations Team.

Responsibilities include:

* Act as the primary liaison with multiple Business /IT stakeholders responsible for managing the scope, requirements and dependencies across multiple workstreams and initiatives
* Perform data issue/problem management, research potential data exceptions, and initiative/project engagement: data analysis, leveraging current sources including databases, data and process models, business requirements and other artifacts
* Collaborate with Scrum Masters/PMs to produce Project related as well as application health related metrics and dashboards
* Act as a liaison between business area and technical support teams to ensure all parties have complete understanding of issues/requests, requirements and process steps to ensure alignment and successful outcome
* Partner with stakeholders,L2 and L3 support to help facilitate the triage of production incidents and communications around it. Monitor the Prod Support issues and provide timely communications while collaborating with stakeholders
* Follow established processes, procedures, and directions
* Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation and other relevant records as needed
* Analyze Business requirements and identify, communicate and drive mitigation of risks and issues

Qualifications:

* College Degree or equivalent experience, preferably Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems
* 5 years of related Systems Analysis/ Project Management work experience in the primary mortgage market, data, or technology field
* Experience managing Production Support, Incident Management and communications
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Visio etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience in Agile software development environments

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
