Maintains and facilitates implementations of systems, and databases to ensure optimum performance of automated systems Manages complex Information System projects/products in order to provide automated solutions that meet Inova Health Systems business needs. Communicates project and team status to internal and external audiences to keep project team informed. Conducts or participates in system technical and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost and evaluate usefulness for Inova Health System Assists in recruitment, development and training of existing and new employees.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years as systems analyst or equivalent experience, analyzing and implementing systems in an integrated, complex environment.

Education: Bachelors Degree or technical training plus equivalent experience.

Training: 3+ years performing systems analysis in a complex IT environment. Familiarity with ITIL standards and best practices for service and change management.

Certifications: Preferred - ITIL and Application Certifications as applicable.

Special Skills: Strong Customer Service and problem solving skills. Project Management, and computer skills (Microsoft Office) required. Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills. Understanding of Healthcare IT and capability in improving business operations and processes.
