The Global Systems Analyst (GSA) drives the efficient, effective, and compliant operation of Colgate Global Consumer Affairs' global technology applications (ex. CRM systems, chat, SMS, chatbots, self-service portals, etc.). This person provides technical and project support to the Global Consumer Affairs (GCA) operations and offers consulting advice on technical capabilities to division/subsidiary Consumer Affairs operations. This position leads projects involving technology customizations and application implementation. This includes configuration of system to meet end user requirements, training on system use and reporting, fielding inquiries on the new system uses and trouble-shooting system issues reported by end users including division/subsidiary Consumer Affairs operations. Importantly, the GSA also provides worldwide technology leadership strategic direction on delivering consumer service in accordance with Colgate-Palmolive's global and local standards through multi-channel methods as well as evaluates how the technology will enhance Consumer Affairs operations. The GSA ensures that all technologies meet all CP and Consumer Affairs compliance and regulatory requirements (ex: privacy, security, records retention, etc.), and manages technology compliance documentation. The GSA serves as liaison with key technology vendor personnel in implementing changes.

Job Functions

* Administers the global consumer contact database, currently Astute Solutions Global CRS.
* Authors, updates and executes system SOPs and ensures global end users are trained and follow procedures related to technical maintenance, security and operation of the global system in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
* Ensures regulatory and validation fitness of our Global CRM system as well as other CRM platforms: 1. Maintain the validated state of the system by following industry standards and practices, and Colgate Policies and Procedures for validated computer systems. 2. Audit trail management 3. Control system access and role management worldwide
* Leads research and takes on the role of project management on delivering consumer services using digital platforms.
* Manages Global CRS data exchange with Colgate Corporate, subsidiary and brand websites using API Tools.
* Manages the system change control process: advising on, filing, implementing, quality checking of change control processes: MCRS, CRs.
* Manages Global Consumer Affairs technology projects, including identifying opportunities, managing the grid, scheduling meetings, communicating status and progress.
* Manages CRS integration projects
* Implements Consumer Affairs technology changes and modifications; identifies user requirements, works with vendors to configure systems, develops testing protocols and supervises or conducts testing, evaluates effectiveness.
* Maintain responsibility for the integrity of CRM system, tables, and hierarchies
* Provides and/or facilitates training on technology platforms and applications for key Consumer Affairs personnel. Develop training tools and Knowledge Management practices and technical training material that can be used globally. Document best practices documentation.
* Function as point of contact for issue resolution - with GIT, technology vendors.

Applied Knowledge and Skills

* Familiarity of compliance regulations and operational challenges in the Consumer Affairs/Customer Service field
* Ability to function as an operational and technical interface between CP/outsourced users and 3rd party supplier of software (currently Astute Solutions)
* Project management skills and facility with Microsoft Project and other management software
