Mandatory skills: Active Directory, trouble shooting, Lotus Notes, customer messaging systemDesired skills: Domino, C/C#, Java/Javascript, Powershell, Visual Basic (VB)/VBScript, Python

Mandatory experience/skills:• Experience with IT Troubleshooting and Customer Service• Knowledge of Windows Domain Management (Active Directory, Share Directories, etc…)• Knowledge and experience with Lotus Notes usage and troubleshooting (Domino)• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (7 & 10)• Experience with encryption methodologies (certificates, file structures, fundamental algorithmic knowledge)• Working knowledge of the Mission Partners Messaging SystemDesired experience/skills:• Experience with Desktop Hardware troubleshooting and O&M• Network experience (testing, configuration, routing, O&M)• Development experience (Domino, C/C#, Java/Javascript, Powershell, Visual Basic (VB)/VBScript, Python)• Microsoft Server management and O&M (installation, configuration, updates, etc…)• Experience with network-based encryption technologies (Vormetric or other Key Management Services (KMS))

Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
