Job Description

Fundrise in DC seeking a passionate IT engineer to help support internal infrastructure. As the company has grown in both revenue and employees a need to expand the operations team has emerged. This person will be responsible for supporting employees and solving technical issues.

Responsibilities will include:

* Troubleshooting employee workstation issues
* Maintaining network security and stability
* Support for Software-as-a-Service applications
* Google Apps
* Dropbox
* JIRA
* Office 365
* Mac help-desk support
* IT infrastructure documentation

Valuable skills to have:

* Experience supporting a fleet of corporate machines
* OS X administration
* Bash scripting familiarity
* Splunk administration
* CISSP certification is a plus
* Previous startup experience is a plus
* Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment is a plus
