SavATree in Bedford Hills seeks a Systems Administrator responsible for maintaining and administering our company's computer systems and network (including phone systems, mobile devices, etc). Provide efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions to all related technology needs. Primary duties will include maintenance of servers, networks, hardware, software, and other related systems, performing disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks with a goal of maintaining system up time at 99.9%. Responsible for managing IT Help Desk support personnel and ensuring timely response to Help Desk requests. Work closely with the users of our systems to identify potential issues and fix existing problems.Must have Bachelor's in Computer Science or related and 2 years of experience in the job offered, Solutions Engineer, or related. Must have the following experience: (1) Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certificate; (2) VPN, TCP/IP, VoIP and related network infrastructure; (3) Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365; and (4) Firewalls and internet security.
