Position Intro:

Provides technical support for CUSA projects as required. Consults with CUSA internal departments to aid in enhancements and feature changes to existing systems. Administer and maintain system services needed for Web Tech & internal applications. Manage internal Atlassian applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

* Manage web cluster endpoints (apache, nginx, docker)
* Manage and maintain firewall/router services (OpnSense)
* Maintain support infrastructure (git, atlassian)
* Manage internal data systems (mongo, memcache, redis, etc.)
* Develop production planning
* Own instrumentation, CI and reporting of operational system
* Some Atlassian experience is desirable
* Experience in the game industry is a plus

REQUIREMENTS

Required Experience:

* Working knowledge of Fedora in production
* Working knowledge of Database Programs (redis, mongo, sql)
* Understanding of crontab
* Networking Infrastructure and Architecture
* General understanding of Network configurations and management
* Working knowledge of Linux and other operating Systems.
* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills & Abilities:

* Excellent communication skills
* Able to write automation scripts in bash or other languages
* Able to setup networking equipment to facilitate development and testing needs.
* Able to troubleshoot networking issues for both development and testing.

Education:

* At least 5 years of production system administration experience.
* Advanced level networking knowledge.
* At least 5 years experience running enterprise web environments.

Nice to Haves

* College degree majoring in Computer Science preferred but not required.
* Programing language proficiency highly desirable but not required.
* Game Industry experience preferred but not required.

A valid California Driver's License.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift objects of up to 25 pounds in weight. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

This position requires working in an office environment for extended periods of time. Will require maintaining a seated position and typing
